Dreamers, Mt Beauty Victoria, is nestled in the foothills of Mt Bogong, Falls Creek snowfields and Alpine National Park. A stunning one hour drive down the Kiewa Valley from Albury-Wodonga is the picturesque village of Mt Beauty. All year round it has lush dairy pastures. In Winter – brilliant snow-capped mountains, Autumn – bold golden colours, and Summer – warm days and cool restful evenings. By early 2000 Dreamers first chalets were open for guests. Since this time Mal has developed his interest in renewable energy (and completed his masters in renewable energy at Nottingham University in the UK) and so, the concept of developing accommodation, which was environmentally friendly, and a need for larger family and group accommodation, the eco apartments were created. Mal has designed and built the apartments with Wendy as the interior designer (she has a fashion design background). The eco apartments endeavour to cut power and gas consumption by using solar energy and innovative design processes. The internal décor and fittings are of low emissions paints, recycled timbers and construction materials for kitchen cupboards and wardrobes made from recycled plastic bags and natural fibre curtains, bed linen, carpets, rugs, couches, dining settings and even bamboo and coconut light fittings. Dreamers 5 acre country property is perfectly located right in the village of Mt.Beauty allowing you to walk to ski shops, restaurants, shopping centre and coach to Falls Creek for winter stays. Dreamers property enjoys peace and tranquil surrounds with an abundance of wildlife at your doorstep. From your balcony you can soak in the fresh mountain air, Dreamers trout lagoon and enjoy the winter snow-capped mountains before you.
Dreamers stunning property has been a premier resort location for destination weddings and guest accommodation but After 16 years of hosting weddings we decided to slow down and semi- retire so from January 2018 we no longer host weddings at Dreamers.
We have recently sold all 4 of Dreamers built Eco Apartments so Dreamers (Mal and Wendy Lee) do not take any of these reservations as they are all privately operated as Airbnb style accommodation but if you wish to book one of these apartments this is the contact numbers for two of them:

Our accommodation on offer by Dreamers:
The Glasshouse spa chalet (for 1-2 couples or a small family) with a loft bedroom and lower floor master bedroom with 4 poster bed. All are self-contained and have private spa and log fire with all linen, robes and towels supplied.
Snowgums spa chalet is the superior stunning and quite secluded studio spa chalet perfect for a romantic interlude or honeymoon for 1 couple only (no children/under 12 month baby is fine)
Garden House Apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment sleeping up to 6 people and perfect for a family or small group. There are 2 spacious living areas including the sunken conservatory garden space with open fire and a tree lounge. Master bedroom has Queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has 1 x double bed + 2 single beds. There are two outdoor spaces, a scenic courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining and the 2nd with fenced and gated playspace for children and a pet (which is allowed in this apartment with prior arrangement) and a hot tub bath with outdoor shower (not a spa).
All linen, robes and towels are supplied to all accommodation.
Beyond Dreamers property you can…..ski on snow-capped alps in winter, fish or swim in crystal mountain rivers, 4-Wheel Drive, bush walk and trek, glide, para-glide and horse ride. There are also many local scenic drives with tempting markets, galleries, wineries and bakeries.
